Laura Harper & Mark Jacques – The Design Studio as site for a Practice-Research-Teaching Nexus ▶

This forum invites two practitioner-academics to present the ways in which they have productively engaged their design studios as part of broader research and/or practice trajectories. They will offer insight into the relationships between their design studios and their research and/or practices, how they structured those studios, how many students and contact hours per studio, the variety of work students produced in those contexts, and how they saw the benefits to both the students and to bolstering their own research and practice trajectories.
