Sue will talk about the briefing phases for major institutional projects in industry, health and education. When these complex buildings involve major shifts for the users, the decision-makers around the table worry about “change”.  The design process can play an important role in a successful transition. The workshop for this session will ask you to be a potential stakeholder for a different kind of project – co-living. Through a series of small group exercises you’ll help write an aspirational brief for affordable housing.
