Tucker, Ellis, & Haasnoot – Pigeon Architecture: Gyoza Kitchen

Students working with Chris Tucker and Curious Practice will design and build a transportable, temporary and operational Gyoza kitchen for the streets of Newcastle. Exploring overlaps between food and architecture; the project interrogates the design, regulatory and financial models that organise these occupations of public space, as much as it does the making and eating of gyoza. Having received its required approvals, the Gyoza Kitchen will launch its operations as part of Radical Work.
