In this ‘Real’ Work..? event we want to have an honest and frank discussion about gender, equity and culture in Australian architectural practice.  We will look at the past to present to see how far we have come and what has changed.  Most of all, we will talk about the future – what should it look like and how do we do we get there?

Camilla and Phoebe will reflect on their personal experiences as women in leadership.  We will learn about the ways each support equity in the workplace, and how they encourage young emerging architects to advocate for a fairer world and profession.
